and they were talking about the British prison system and the person being interviewed was the former Chief Of Prisons in England. His name?
Lord Ramsbottom.

Well, I didn't catch the name, but I did hear them say British prisons were full and a judge let a pedophile walk because of it. Maybe the Brits should start sending their thugs to Australia again, seemed to work out OK the first time.
