If you had gloves on with magnets at various places could you set up a magnetic field to keep the bulb in the air?

Hmmmmmmmmm - if it is magnetic I guess you could in theory!

Practice might be a whole other matter!

We ran through this one in ABUZZ. Still think you can only do it with very strong, but also very light magnets. One lot inside the ball, the other on your glove with the same polarity. Here's the sort of magnet you would need:
