The Deal with Planet Pluto

I heard something about this on the news and I read something about this in a Science periodical. Why isn't Pluto considered a planet anymore?

It has to do with Pluto's size, orbit, and the neighborhood Pluto inhabits. However, while "Official" according to one scientific body, the the "New deal with Pluto" ain't necessarilly a "Done Deal" - DETAILS
