You've done well if you started last night! Don't forget I've been doing them for twenty odd years and know a few short-cuts

Even though in all these years only ever cracked ONE major prize, but you get hooked and never stop. I always enjoy doing them. Cryptics are the ones that give me a headache now and than, but here again I have a short cut, a very knowledgeable lady that never lets me down.

The other half thankfully enjoys the cryptics (he is doing one for me as I am typing this).

P42 Do Your Block in the January Big Bonanza is he correct in thinking that there is an error with that one?
He reckons that it cannot be solved as there is something missing?

Can anyone confirm or deny if he is right about that?

Any of those he does for me is a bonus, so I am not really concerned.

Like you mrsgreen663 I would only get the straight forward ones done if I did not have the help. And without this great site with all the friendly folk who help out, I doubt if most of them would make it either to the mailbox. :-)
