Miracle Baby flushed down toilet and survives
Quote:In Jiang Su China, a 19 year-old pregnant woman went to a bathroom unaware of the ordeal to come. While in the bathroom her pre-matured baby girl was unknowingly birthed slipping out of her body into a tunnel designed toilet. The infant was then accidentally flushed into the waste pipe.
The local police and firemen started a rescue team to try and save the baby. Hours later they had to break open the waste pipe and get the baby out. She was barely breathing after been rescued. It's certainly a miracle that she was still alive after seven hours stuck in the waste pipe.
Um...didn't she notice the umbilical cord???
My Dad was a fireman, and my Mum was a nurse. I've heard both of them relate very similar stories, drawn from their working lives.
...AND much stranger stuff, I may add.
I knew a woman in Brooklyn who accidentally gave birth while on a toilet.
I can't help, but whenever I read something (similar), I'm reminded at the time I worked in prison ... with someone he did so deliberately
Yeah, deliberately really comes to mind here too, with perhaps second thoughts. I can imagine that the birth would be unexpected, but the flushing?
Amazing that the baby lived, hope she has a good life.
