Having a slight hiccup with the following and would appreciate some assistance.
Clue: 51 Across From behind, Arizona clover covered mountain (7)
Answer: ?O?C?N?

Starting with the "v" in clover, the word is spelt backwards.

I posted that on behalf of the better half. He struggled with it last night and again today.
