Well, these are all the ones I know we have:

Human... obviously
Bacillus subtilis
C. elegans
Schizosaccharomyces cerevisiae (baker's yeast)
Nitrosococcus oceani

I read in the morning newspaper that they have finished the geome of the honey bee.

Of course the fruit fly geome was finished last year.
