2 Man Huff Rum Evan
3 Up Arrow Tin Issues
4 Eight Elk Hater

I looked up the rules.

I'd say the answers are:

1. Okay, dad

2. Manna from Heaven

3. ? A pair of <something> or Apparetent <something>

4. Alligator
