My best friend is a serial fish killer

My best friend in Albuquerque, Gretchen, just moved to Leland, North Carolina. She, and husband Norm, drove across the country in their van with their two huge dogs and two gold fish. One fish died by the time they reached Oklahoma when the fish bowl fell over and drained. The second fish died after they reached their new home. The dogs survived the trip, but the fish are toast.

I'm doing my civic duty and publicly alerting the country that there is a serial fish killer in North Carolina.
