Air Supply Formulas and CFM

I'm looking for the factor needed for calculating CFM at high altitude. I know sea level is 1.08 but am having trouble finding the factor for high altitude. I am also looking for formula for calculating mix air temperature. I'm finding different ones but they give % of air instead of actual air temp. I have outside air and return air and need to find supply. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
