Our street is one of these: http://communityheritagemaps.com/brighton_antique_maps/small/brighton37.jpg

This isn't too far away (it's also part of Boston, called Allston): http://www.commaveassociates.com/images/brighton%20ave.jpg

A few blocks away, we got an Eccle from them once: http://www.danielsbakery.com/images/bakery_front.jpg

Old trolley photo, a bit farther away than the bakery: http://64.242.254.49/images/trolley/trol_mbtapcc2.jpeg

This drawing is depicting our area in the 1700s. Yes, there were stockyards here and, in fact, there's a Stockyards restaurant now. Our area used to be called Little Cambridge: http://www.bahistory.org/western.jpg

1910. The intersection currently has a Kabloom flower seller on the corner: http://www.bahistory.org/harvard.jpg

Ah, these are all great pictures. Walter lives in fairy land, everything is so
nicely maintained. Edgar, you live in the woods? satt, could you have a daytime picture too?

Boston is beautiful, no question about it. I especially love the brownstones there. Well, Quincy Market is nice too, and, and, and......
By the way, we have a red trolley as well.

My neighborhood was originally carved out of the woods. Now, it is surrounded by a school, several shopping centers and new subdivisions. The main street going by here is now a major artery to the Woodlands from Houston. The dumb bastids haven't widened it from the original single lane per direction and haven't provided us a traffic light to get in and out.

Early in the morning.

I would show a daytime picture showing the road filled with passengers to the Ginkaku temple later.

This is a path on which I trod yesterday.

If you go to the Ginkaku, you take the road with the probability 99.9%.
