Well, when Walter will be back, we probably will expand, MA.

After the lunch we had a drink in the brasserie "Au rendez-vous des artistes", at Place Pigalle..we stood there talking and enjoying life, looking the people pass by..

Now, while I will bow to no man in my absolute devotion to well-seasoned escargots, I think there must be more to this thread than the devotional appreciation being shown to the food consumed. "I had lunch with Walter 8in Paris...it was very nice." That's it?? No gossipy tidbits? Nothing to add? Whatd you talk about, what'd you do aftterwards? C'mon, Francis, you're a far better raconteur than that.

Yeah, come on guys! What's with the stiff upper lips? Descriptions! The talk!!!

Are you in your lapine-leonine mood again?

Some day I'll invite you to have lunch at Ballarat...

You mean the Victorian town?

Especially the food!

I know I have said it before, but it was the best food (and wine) that I ever had in my whole damn life - and I'm pretty old (and I've ate a lot of food - as you can see)
