I need help... Any relevant links will be appreciated. Question 1: A satellite dish is parabolic in shape. It is used to collect TV or radio waves from the air. Explain this concept and find another 5 real-life examples of where and how the parabolic function is used.

There are many situations in real life that are cyclic and periodic, for example: sea waves. These periodic motions represent Trigonometric Graphs. Find 5 other real-life examples of where and how Trigonometric functions are represented.
