As usual there is one I am stuck on Embarrassed

67A Helps sailor set out A ? E ? S

I think those are the right letters. I am sure someone will be able to help.

Hi saphi,

The answer you want is ABETS, which means to assist (help).

Sailors were/are known as able-bodied seamen or AB for short.

The remaining letters are an anagram of "set" (set out).
