This never fails. If youve got some friends that are bikers who wear colors., have them visit your neighbor in a very polite and friendly manner and suggest certain behavior practices be hereafter adopted by your neighbor. Then they should end their discussions with him that they would not like to hear that any of your dogs would come to any harm or have any "accidents". Then their next visit would not be friendly at all.
Then they quietly drive off.
If I had a dog that was afraid of bikers I'd shoot it.
