Is it due to superconductor properties of material at below-freezing temperature?

But how can you justify supermagnetism from superconduction?

Also how do you explain the final pickup act where the cube and the disk stay connected where infact the disk was repelled by the cube till then.

http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e377/vinsan/th_WhoCanExplainThis.jpg

Or other thought that some plasma state material was saturated between the disk and the cube and there was no magnetism betwen them at all?

Try Explaining this.... somebody

It's the Meisner Effect.
A superconducting material excludes magnetic fields.
If the field is strong enough then the superconducting material will float above the magnet.
You can do it the other way around too so the magnet floats instead.
You need more superconducting material for this one though.

Superconductors require low temperatures to superconduct.
When their temperature rises beyond their critical point they stop being superconductors.
All that's happening here is that the superconductor warms up and stops superconducting.
Hence they come together like normal materials. The magnet attracts the superconductor.

Supermagnetism isn't really the right word.
Basically you can have much larger currents flowing in a superconductor than you can have in normal materials at room temperature.
So, larger currents means larger and stronger magnetic fields.

There's no plasma or anythig else weird going on.
No pseudo-science involved.
Just basic physics.
You can buy small kits to do the same experiment yourself on your own kitchen table.

I actually bothered watching the video.

The stuff that gets poured out of the ewer is liquid nitrogen at minus 196 degrees C.
