Cultural wedding traditions

Hi,
I am studying to become a marriage celebrant (in Australia) and am having an extremely difficult time with my latest assignment. I am hoping somebody out there can help me with this.
I am supposed to design a 15 minute ceremony for a cultural wedding ie Celtic, Polish, Welsh, Russian etc etc. It needs to include all the traditional aspects and ritual elements associated with that culture. I am finding it difficult to find specifics on wedding ceremonies, rather than just the general traditions. I need to know who says or does what and when!
If anyone out there can help me out, I would appreciate it.

sorry Tamlou cant help, but you brought the shearing song to mind so I thought I would post it. Must be a big call for those types of ceremonies in your area. :wink:

I appreciate all your hints and suggestions (and even the poetry). I did have most of these websites already, however they still only list generalities regarding the wedding day and reception, whereas I need specifics of the actual ceremony. So thanks anyway, I will just have to network a bit more!!
