Hi, everyone.

Can anybody solve this for me, like quick?

Thanks.

x + y + z
1.75 (x + y + z)

which equals

12,500
38,500

Thank you!

Trick question: The left side of the equation is 1/1.75 because (x+y+z) cancels out; the right side of the equation is 12,500/38,500. There are no values for x, y, and z for which the two sides are equal.

Hello.

Thanks.

Yep, I called my brilliant son who says that it's not solvable.

So, we found another way to go.

Ran into a problem on a bid sheet with a fixed cost ... anyway, it's all behind me now.

Thanks for your help!
