Video Cameras - Anyone know if this one is good?

What is your opinion on the Panasonic_PV_GS65

This is a gift for my husband, but ultimately for the entire family. We will mostly use this in low-lighting since it's usually of the kids playing inside.

My main concern is how it runs under low-lighting (which it got good ratings) and can it easily go to my computer? I don't know what to look for though.

Says MiniDV digital recording? Someone did right this about this on a review: "In doing my research I missed a fine point about video transfer. This camera has a USB port but it's only for the still pictres, not for video."

I'm open to other suggestions in this price range 300-500 if you know another camera is better based on reviews and facts.


Also considering Panasonic PV-GS150 but I don't know how it does in low-lighting. Reviews suggest it can be downloaded fast to your computer but doesn't work with low-lighting. I don't know if they mean "in the dark" or just inside.
