Motorola SLVR L6 firmware

I recently purchased an unlocked SLVR L6 for my girlfriend off of craig's list. The phone keeps toggling from Cingular to T-Mobile and I just want it to stay on Cingular. Does anyone know where to find the cingular version of the operating system so I can make the phone just as if it were purchased through Cingular?
