I'd be very worried if someone's body temperature could make wax melt, because as far as I can remember wax's melting point is 60ºC and the average human body temperature is 37ºC.
140ºF and 98.6ºF on this side of the pond. Yeah, I suppose that would be an indicator of a problem, since your body would be cooking all of it's internal organs quite nicely at that point.
