I notice under Monger's "Internet spammer can't take what he dishes out" post only 7 replies. It's really a great post. Please humor me and take a look at it under human interest. Great job Monger.

Seriously though, I don't know if people really understand the implications of all this spam. In addition to the annoyance, it is taking up bandwidth, thus slowing up servers and computers, from their sheer numbers. I consider it a gross invasion of privacy. Also, a lot of the spam is for junk, or even scams, that are bilking many of the unwary!

I know what you mean. Last week on Friday my granddaughter Amanda turned five so I was in Swampscott and missed a couple of days. When I returned there were 320 spams in my e-mail. Give me a break.
