Quote:A Tulsa County assistant district attorney said if the man is caught, he'll face a misdemeanor charge of battery or outraging public decency.
Ok.
i gotta ask
Why is licking someones toes a legal violation?
its not sexual assault..
its NOT battery ( meaning she wasnt physically hurt, hit, or abused)
she was just........... licked.
Bean has licked people in a store before..simply because she thinks its funny.
Embarassing.. yes. HA ! Having to apologize for your 2 year old leaning over in the cart to lick someones arm... oh .. man.. any way..
but none the less, not a hurtful thing to do
I understand it made her feel strange, but how is that 'violating' enough to warrant a legal charge?
