Okay, I give up!

I've done the Demon and Bigcash and I just have 2 words to go in the Goliathon. Can anyone help, please?!

103D - "Tricky" - I have 'D _ _ _ Y'
112A - "Trample" - I have 'T _ E _ _' (the last letter being the middle one for 103D).

Any help appreciated, thanks!

Hi Shekeda,

Jespah and Lmur have you in safe hands!

For 103D. Tricky, I have 'Dodgy'

For 112A. Trample, I have 'Tread'

Hope this helps. Good luck in the competition!
Regards, Butterfly Very Happy

Very many thanks to all three of you! Very Happy

'Tread' was the only thing I could think of that would fit that one but couldn't think of an appropriate down word with a 'D' in the middle. I would never have thought of 'dodgy' - it doesn't fit the clue, to me.

A nice international help out, there Smile

Now I can post my entries - and go on to ClueWords and StarHunts with a little time off from those while I do the Sudoku 12 comps (usually do those three in one sitting).

Thanks again!
Sue

(Butterfly, do you like Mandy Patinkin? He's coming HERE (Adel, Syd, Melb & Bris) next month. I've been a HUGE fan of his for over 10 years - got my ticket (6 rows from stage). Five weeks to go, for Melb) Very Happy

Hi Shekeda,

large Collins English Dictionary definition:

Dodgy- 2. Uncertain or unreliable; tricky

Hope this puts your mind at ease my friend Smile

Good luck in all of the competitions!

I hope you have a truly wonderful time at the Mandy Patinkin concert Sue, he is definitely a man of many talents! Cool

Talk to you again soon.
Warm regards, Butterfly Very Happy
