Interesting......someone I know has recently spent a year, teaching English in China.
She said that they had a throng of secret internet police, monitoring what their kin were searching for on the internet.
One key word they were paranoic about was "freedom"
I haven't looked it up yet, but I will now.

When one searches for both "slap" and "tickle", it produces quite interesting results.
1. The UK prefers a bit more slap than tickle.
2. Australia prefers quite a bit more tickle than slap.
3. The US likes roughly an equal amount of each.
4, ..and NZ prefers a hell of a lot more tickling.
