How do I turn the progressive scan feature off on my player? It now won't let me play DVDs because the scan light is on. I need some input, Please.
That's prolly somewhere in your device's Options/Setup menu - if you still have the device's owners manual, check there, otherwise, visit the device vendor's website and see if you can find and download the manual. I know that on my DVD players, pressing the "Menu" button on the remote brings up a list of configuration pages, via which all user-selectable settings are made.
