I understand that they believe a type of catfish holds clues to how this happened(they leap out of water to caught prey on shore.

As interesting as this is, I think I'll be sceptical for now until they can do more to show that this really is what they think it is.

I don't want to get my hopes up over something that in the end turns out to be not what we thought it was.

That is the scientific way.
