I have not, as yet, obtained my April BIG, so I am groping in the dark.

When asking for help, could you provide the number of letters the word contains as well as any crossing letters you have already found. Makes a huge difference!!

Get back soon with this information and I (as well as the other 'helpers' who do not get Lovatts) can come up with an answer or two.

I have the same answers as you for those Goliathon clues.

For 6d. Disreputable, I have 'shady'
(I think both 'shady' and 'seamy' would be accepted as valid answers for this clue, as they are both listed as synonyms and match the available letters)

For 19a. Confidence trick, I have 'fraud'
