If you are referring to the Puzzle on Page 4 of the Holiday Collections No 56.
These are the answers I came up with for those Questions you listed.
126a Ultimatum, 71a Sachet, 62a Monk.
It might be an idea to wait for other experienced members to confirm my answers.
