I have just joined the Forum.
A warm hello to everybody.
Would there be someone who could help me solve the Cryptic Clue 19 Down which is in the Lovatts Holiday Crossword Collection No. 56 which closes on 18/5/06.
The Clue is "Mid-March always? That is a dream!" (7) letters
If my other answers are correct, these letters RE?E??E are part of the answer.
I hope to return the favour and help other Forum Members out with some answers which have them baffled in the future.

The answer you seek is REVERIE
Mid-march - the middle letter of March = R
Always = EVER
that is = IE
A dream = R+EVER+IE
Always happy to have another rabid puzzler on board and always happy to help out when possible.

There are 2 Crossword fanatics in our household.
The other half enjoys the Cryptics and I do the normal type ones.
That particular Clue had him stumped. ;-)

I am really pleased that I came across the A2K Site.
So many times, I have been stumped with just one or two clues.
I was amazed at how quickly lezzles got that clue solved.
I find solving the crosswords is most relaxing and like you all enjoy doing them.
Thanks to lezzles I can post that one away and be in the running for a prize. So many over the years have never been sent in, because I could not get it completely out.
Not that it really worried me, as I enjoy doing them anyway. But it will be an added bonus now. :-) Thanks again.
