Need major help with Dell DJ Ditty

Hey guys.

I'm having trouble with my Dell DJ Ditty. It's worked before of course... but now when I try to plug it in this black rectangle pops up and there's all these icons at the top and I tried resetting it but that didn't work. When I plug it in to my computer it does the same thing. Any ideas?
