Here are the hints you need:

8 oz is one cup
2 cups is one pint
2 pints is one quart
1 liter is slightly more than one quart
There are 1000 ml in a liter.

2 pints = 1 quart
1 quart is slightly less than 1 liter
There are 1000 ml in a liter.

Given that, is a pint more or less than 500 ml? If you can figure that out, you can answer all other questions of this type.
