Next door's dog is beginning to worry me......

The dog next door is beginning to worry me.

It is getting on a bit in age, finds it hard to walk, and just sits there meditating all day, in the garden.

It looks up at the sky, with a little sad expression, and sometimes points a little paw at things, mumbling something and closing it's eyes.


Just yesterday, I swear that it made one of his little rubber toys roll towards him on the lawn. He then flicked his paw, and sent the thing bouncing down to the end of the garden. This was all without touching the thing. It obviously made him happy, as he gave a little wag of his tail.
Are dogs capable of telekenesis?

I started to get the feeling recently that he can somehow make me do things against my will. I'M NOT JOKING HERE, GUYS!

I was sitting in the garden, eating a bacon sandwich, and suddenly my left hand started waving about, it then grabbed the succulent piece of bacon, and threw it over the fence.
I could then here him snuffling at it, and then crunching the rind.

He scares me! How do I deal with this situation?
