I always have tons of guilt feelings, but right now they are simmering just below the surface and I don't want to dredge them up. ( I should be feeling guilty for having six cookies for breakfast, but curiously, it's not bothering me.)

It's usually around three a.m. that I really wallow in guilt, or when I'm having a good time that I feel I don't deserve. Right now, I'm getting ready for work, so I'm more in feeling sorry for myself mode than feeling bad for things I've done to others mode.

But next sleepless night I have, I'll get on here and feel gulity right along with you.

I feel guilty about slacking off at work right now, when I could be doing my job.....

I am eating a bowl of mint chocolate chip ice cream for lunch today. But I don't feel a bit guilty, so I guess that doesn't count.
