is there any way to make someone compleatly incontinent perminintly (prefflibly a non painfull way please but painfull ways will also be considerd)
Why would you want to cause a person to become incontinent?
have them reincarnated as a manx cat. the odds aren't bad, but it's tricky to pull off.
