An international team of scientists says it has found a "lost world" in the Indonesian jungle that is home to dozens of new animal and plant species.

The whole article can be found here.

I guess this just proves that there's still room for exploration, adventure, and discovery in a world that we already know so much about. Unfortunately, I can't help but wonder how long the serene isolation of this "Eden" is going to last. Will destructive forces move in? Will scientists go back and unintentionally ruin this untouched place?

Anyone have an opinion?

There has just been an item on Sky News about it.A few photos. No vids.

A talking head did suggest that the "Eden" might contain a flower from which we might extract some new wonder drug.I suppose if that were to happen it might be worth infringing upon it.
