Paddy's Day, indeed it is! My Granny would not let anyone in the family wear green - she said it brought bad luck - except on Paddy's Day when we had to make rosettes or bows from green ribbon and wear them. I've spent half the morning looking for something green to wear but I don't have anything!
(Mind you, I'm not going anywhere, so no one will know - except me - and Granny, watching from wherever she is.
