Knuckling down to a round of golf in the morning?
Less than 12 hours from now, i'll be standing on the first, blowing on my knuckles (!) trying to keep the frosty-chillness at bay.
Magic stuff, I'll be taking a stroll along the beach shortly, my knuckles will be wrapped around an ice-cream.

Pretty much If its from your computer do this:
Save the file to your computer somewhere. Then, go to Imageshack.us and upload the file.
When you're done, it should give you a little link that you just copy and paste here.
If its from a wab page do this:
Ok, so you want to post an image huh? It's really very easy.
For now, you can't upload images to this site. So the pictures you can display in your messages have to already be online (we'll soon allow uploading of pictures, but until then feel free to upload them to The Raven's Realm).
1) Go to the webpage where your picture is located.
2) Right-click on the picture and select "Properties".
3) Copy the URL in the properties box. Then Click the IMG button when you post and paste in the image's address.
Remember that you should not copy the address of the page that displays the image but rather the address of the image itself. One way to tell that you've done it right is the last few characters of the address. It should have the filetype extension of an image file (something like .jpg or .gif).
Quizzically, this what I do: (I now see shari has already posted, but what the heck? I've gone this far!)
* right click on the pic I want and copy/paste to a location on my computer (I use my desktop)
* I use "www.tinypic.com" to "host" the image i've chosen (you may need to register - it's free). Imageshack is another popular hosting site but I found tinypic a little easier to master
* tinypic provides a new url for the image - highlight this, right click & "copy"
* return to thread where you wish to post the image, press "post reply" & click on IMG function (top right). This brings up an address bar - right click on this and paste the copied url
* before pressing the "submit" button, I usually press "preview" to ensure that the url has been copied successfully.
