Well he's all prick and no balls.
You're all going to bed soon and I'll be left by myself with no one to talk to.
Zillions of times I've been the only poster.
Been here, done that, story of my life.
Celebrating the lives of Boris Yeltsin and Alan Ball today, what do you think they might have had in common? Yeltsin was Aquarian and Alan Ball Taurean.
Doubtful they had very much at all in common.
Alan Ball was a credit to football, he will be missed. I am surprised such a fit man passed away so suddenly with a heart attack.
Boris Yeltsin, used to make me laugh, I always think he did his best.
Evil autocracy disappeared in the USSR when Boris Yeltsin took over, a process started by Mikhail Gorbachev who I admire immensely.
Fine point that Dutchy, he tried, it was a difficult run for him.
Gorbachev in my books has not been given the acknowledgement he is entitled to as yet I feel. He and he alone ended the 'Cold War' between East and West. History in due course will bestow upon him the accolades he so richly deserves.
How I agree with you on that.
I'm honoured to have the backing of such a learned lady. Thank you wv.
Just concerned about Putin's authoritarianism and where it is leading
Kissing is strictly forbidden on the lower deck.
Leaving me wondering too wv.
Momentarily serious - OK again now
Never a dull moment on the threads, is there?
Offered a Putin lapel pin to my youngest son, who is in favour of him, since the alternatives are worse.
