Quiet this morning, the Brits must be out enjoying the hot sunny weather - again!
Rather chilly this end of the world, down to 3 degrees again tonight.
So it's quite likely to cloud over and rain tonight, especially since I've been watering the plants. However, now I am going to the water aerobics class which always takes place in warm water and subdued lighting. Back to the womb I suppose!
That's sound rather interesting water aerobics, are you standing in water to do that or does it combine swimming also?

Undoubtedly she is right, if unalphabetised. You move in the water - sometimes you are astride woggles, sometimes using foam rubber 'weights'.
