189a Increase - R ? R ? E
I think I've gone very wrong somewhere here, but I cannot see where.
The clues for the words that cross are -
171d Strip - DISROBE
165d Unwinding - UNCURLING
166d Utilises (resources) - HARNESSES
Anyone to the rescue please?
How about:
189a - raise
165d - uncoiling
Hi lezzles
Just got on line and saw your request.
Unfortunately I can't refer to my "Monster" anymore as somehow I think I must have posted it off to Lovatts.
I think you are looking for the word "raise". Below are more words you could use for "unwinding" just in case uncurling is wrong. Perhaps with the use of one of them 'raise" may fit?
Main Entry: unwind
Part of Speech: verb 1
Definition: undo
Synonyms: disentangle, free, loose, loosen, ravel, separate, slacken, unbend, uncoil, unfurl, unravel, unreel, unroll, untangle, untwine, untwist, unwrap
Antonyms: tangle, twist, wind
