If you put all the streets in NYC in a straight line, they would stretch all the way to Japan.
Isn't that interesting?
You thinking of moving to Japan?
Would this be heading east or heading west?
Anything is possible...is that your starting point and are you headed across Long Island or going west into New Jersey?
Streets and avenues...NYC's grid.
You mentioned the streets only.
Sheesh...you LIVE there!
Avenues have trees.
Didn't a tree grow in Brooklyn?

I know that. I just posted the word, "huh?" there because I thought it looked good.
Okay, now 'fess up! Who else thought my fact was sexually exciting?
I voted for sexually exciting. Imagine starting with an American and then ending with a Japanese, just a short walk away, sampling others on the way...
<damn, now I cant get up from my desk - the bulge is showing>
I am still curious how this laying of the streets is going to be done...
Another interesting fact, if you put all the coffins of all the children under 5 years old in the world who died of malnutrition last year in a straight line, it would stretch from New York City to Paris, via London.
The NYC - London stretch would be made of children who lived in lesser developed countries; the London-Paris trench, of children who lived in so-called developed countries.
Isn't that interesting?
My calculations were based on UN data and every coffin measures 1 meter (that is, about 3.3 ft.).
I am more interested in the street laying to Japan...
LaMont Sanford once told his father Fred that he figured for the amount of cigarettes Fred smoked, they could be lined up all the way from Watts to I can even remember where.
Something like Canada, or Japan.
Sturgis, get you mind (and other parts) out of the gutter
Where would the fun be then Chai Tea?
true.
I get MY kicks above the waistline sunshine.
I love that song
thread of the day award winner...
what would happen when u get to japan?
make the population join hands and create a human chain to egypt?
"Sorry, Honey, I'll be a little late getting home. I just popped into town to get some new table-napkin rings and the traffic from Tokyo to Central Station is just awful! Can you be a real sweety and get dinner started?"
