A) More molecules would enter the cell
B) Fewer molecules would enter the cell

For your own benefit it'll help you to veil your inquiries in various wraps that make it harder to tell what it is you are doing.


As to cells entering and leaving (diffusion, osmosis and active transport), as you know already, each cell membrane is selectively permeable and the thickening of the membrane would clearly have an effect...now with the information given, what would be the most logical answer?
