Today started the VS Semi Annual sale. Anyone else remember when these things were just the best sales ever? I stopped in on my lunch today and did a little browsing. The $2.99 panties don't really exist anymore. I think they put one pair out there so they aren't false advertising and then all the rest are $3.99 and up. Which isn't so bad but paying $16 for 4 pairs of panties when you'd pay $25 for 5 of the same kind is just a little silly in my opinion. I might as well get the 5 for $25 and avoid the whole sale thing.
Second, the beauty line sale is pretty decent...if you have the lightest or the darkest skin in the world. They have 2 shades of foundation; Pasty White and Midnight Black. And the eye liners in 2 colors, so bizarre it makes me wonder if I should pick them up for Halloween next year. And what is it with advertising the "greatest beauty buys" if the only great beauty buys are for discontinued scents you can never buy again? Granted, I know they must get rid of them and it's fine, but could they at least have another good sale going on with scents that they intend on keeping? (Just a note, for the past 2 weeks they have had a good sale on the lotions but nothing above and beyond for the Semi Annual)
Third, unless you are a 32A or a 38DD, forget about getting a bra because they don't have the common sizes. And if they do, they are some weird ass kinky bra with tassels and giant pieces of hanging lace (yes there were actual bras like this today) that you can't wear under anything and you feel stupid spending $24.99 on anyway and are frankly too ugly to even bother with. Which brings me to the fourth complaint. Price.
$29.99 is NOT a sale price for a VS bra. $19.99 and $15.99 are sale prices for VS bras. But they,of course, only have 2 at this price in your size and they are so disfigured and loud that one wouldn't consider taking them home if they paid YOU $19.99.
What happened to the days of $2.99 panties and $19.99 bras? Where have you gone Victoria's Secret Semi Annual Sale????
My thoughts on this sale: Stay home and shop online if you must. The crowds of panty tossing, bra throwing, bin digging women is not worth it.

Thankfully I'm a 38DD.
VS bras are awful in my opinion.
The only thing I get from there is the underwear, because they are pretty good quality.

I LOVE their Very Sexy line. What is it about the bras you dislike?

well, I can't tell you now, slappy and drew dad are both hanging around.
I'm sure they are waiting to hear about my 38C breasts with denser than normal tissue.
I would guess they'd like to know all about how even though I have developed pectorals which act as guy wires, I still require adequate underwire support to hold up the globes.

because at 38C one tends to "spill out" in most bras.
Although not as pretty, I have to get the full figure bras so I'm not glancing down to see if I need to yank hanoi or saigon up.

They have full coverage ones there. I have to try all bras on before buying because sometimes, I am spilling out all over too. Depends on the style and whatnot.

Yeah, but they're to 90 % push-up bras, meaning padded,
and I don't need that. The VS bras without padding are
not as nice, so I had to switch.
One would think with all the implants girls have nowadays,
there is no need for padding, but still - almost
all bras come with some sort of padding.

The VS non padded bra (Body by Victoria) is pretty nice. I have one of those too.
