What does everyone use to improve your dog's breath? I've been trying a whole slew of products but nothing seems to work well. I'm even considering ordering Peppermint Breath Drops for humans or dogs from the Burt's Bees website They're chapstick works well...so this one might be a gem as well. Any other recommendations?
You should have a vet check for tooth or gum problems, like people the culprit of bad breath is bacteria. It is also possible that the dog has a digestive problem.

Have you tried those treats called Greenies? I think that is the name of them. I will dig some out to check. They have them for cats too.

haha...yes, they do. Thanks for the recommendations...the dog toothbrushes didn't work for us. I will look into checking out his gums though...and will try some of the other recommendations. I think the breathdrops that I mentioned will be easy to try. I just have to put a drop or two in my dog's water bowl.

Let's see - charcoal biscuits in the morning - drops in the water - occasional tooth-brushing when the biscuits and drops aren't doing their thing.
Definitely wanna be sure there's no gum disease. Deadly for the lil hairballs.
