this site you can find the address, phone number and mobile number of any person living in Norway, and you can view the page in english! The exeption being that you can't find the phone numbers of celebrities.
But I think that you might have misspelled his name, is it possible that his name is "STEINAR PÅLSRUD"? Was he born in 1955?
As a side note, the income, fortune, tax paid and date of birth of ANY PERSON in Norway can also be found on the internet. But this is now only available for one or two weeks a year. It is still possible to browse what anyone made in 1999, 2000, and 2001
here. This page is not in english, but it is easy to figure it out i think.
