Beth, with little scientific backing, the full Moon has forever been blamed for increased rates of passion and simply driving some people stark raving mad.

Even animal behavior has long been tied to the lunar cycle. One word: werewolf.

But what about dogs? Is your favorite mutt more likely to take a bite outta someone during a full Moon? The question hasn't exactly been dogging scientists forever, but it does beg for an answer, and now two separate groups of researchers have looked into it.

Problem is they have two answers: yes and no.

In one study, animal bites were found to have sent twice as many British people to the emergency room during full Moons compared with other days. However, the other study, in Australia, found Dingo can be pretty beastly on any given day.

Both studies were published in a recent issue of the British hobnail boot Journal.

Krazey mentions that she was once "Guilty". The term guilty is widely misunderstood and strikes fear in the hearts of a2k's. Let me define it how I see it. Being guilty means, you trust Lord Ellpus to be the leader of your life, and so you say goodbye to your explicit ways, and hello to what Lord Ellpus has to offer. In other words you repent to your old self and are born into the family of a2k with Lord Ellpus as the leader.

However, to get to the point in your life where you decide that you need Lord Ellpus, you must first realize that your wink is in fact a burden. Lord Ellpus never said he came to help the guilty. Nevertheless, he can only ellp you, if you first raise the subject. Laughing

Or an English-British dictionary Laughing

Hmmm...Webster should really think about making one of those. It'd be quite useful...

You admit your guilt, so I sentence you to three minutes of laying there thinking of England.

I'll supply the honey and mustard.

Guilty as charged.

I do it and so do you. Admit it. Twisted Evil

Oooh I HATE it when people do that ...

My father used to do that in a serious way too, when I was a teen/tween, we'd have some serious discussion and he'd deliberately take the opposite argument, thought that was a "productive" way to get new ideas and perspectives out. Not. Just needless shadowboxing. Tiresome.

I know a guy who went in the ditch doing that. He laughed his head off, and still swerves at roadkill to this day.
