What? Am I the only one on this thread that can say with a clear conscious that I've never disagreed, for the sake of disagreeing, to get a rise out of someone. That.....would be just cruel!

I've pulled a few jokes in my time, by never disagreed! Laughing

I'm such an agreeable type of guy!

A good, no-holds barred disagreement is what everyone needs needs once in a while to clear the air.

So, starting a disagreement to get a rise out of someone is actually performing a service. (Name calling and personal insults are free of charge, religious misunderstandings will occur without thoroughly reading before replying, and political disagreements will be repeated by the same posters on the same subjects ad nauseum.)

The only time when I disagree to get a rise out of someone, is when they have pushed one of my buttons. Problem is, my buttons look like the elevator buttons on the Empire State building! Laughing

I admit to saying things just to irritate someone, the trouble with that being they sometimes quit listening to me when I want to be serious. That said, I think reyn is a fibbing poo pants.

Proprioceptively speaking, of course.

I love that skit, funny as hell. I saw it on t.v. just the other day. It was a MP re-run, but just as funny as the first time I saw it.
