Would love to help, could you tell me how many letters in each word and any crossing clues you may have.

An initial guess would be 'tableau' and 'cruet' but without any more info they are only guesses.

21a = 7 letters and I have come up with "tableau"

14d = 5 letters and I have "cruet"
