all there
Mentally unimpaired or competent.

"All there" covers both parts of the clue, and Dutchy's definition of it seals it for me

Post if you get stuck on the cryptic- I have just finished the grid with both of your help, and I will gladly assist you.

P.S.- In the 'Stinker' From the new Holiday Collection no.55, I think there may be a gremlin in one of the clues:
153D. The I of IOU (3)
I think it was meant to be 'O' instead of 'I' in the clue.
The letters on the grid (o?e), point to 'owe' being the answer.
I have contacted Lovatts by phone this morning about the possible Gremlin and am waiting for them to get back to me sometime today- will keep you posted!

Hi, this is Butterfly.

Lovatts have just returned my call regarding the Holiday Collection no.55 'Stinker' clue:
153D. The I of IOU (3), and have confirmed that there is indeed a gremlin in the clue, and that it should read 'The O of IOU', to give the answer 'owe'.
